History
The Public Safety Training Center (PSTC) was the vision of the late James T. Brouillette (1930-1996). The PSTC is funded by Clackamas Community College without tax based support. The 22,300 square foot building was completed in July of 1998 at a cost of $5.3 million dollars. Jim Brouillette's vision was to develop a regional indoor firearms training facility for shooting sports enthusiasts. Jim Brouillette implemented criminal justice curriculum and programs at Clackamas Community College for over eighteen years and the PSTC is dedicated to his memory and legacy.
